2888bdt (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and other approved regions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of any and all services offered by the Platform.

This document has been prepared in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and international gaming regulations. 2888bdt operates under a valid international gaming licence and upholds the highest standards of transparency.

The following requirements must be met to register and use 2888bdt. Failure to meet these conditions may result in account termination at any time.

Registration Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old. 2888bdt strictly prohibits account registration by minors.
• Each individual may register only one account. If duplicate accounts are found, both will be suspended.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.
• You may be required to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence for identity verification.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. 2888bdt will not be held liable if you share your password with others.

All financial transactions on 2888bdt are fully secure and transparent. However, certain rules must be followed to ensure fair and reliable service.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳50 (fifty BDT). There is no maximum limit, though certain verification may be required.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers.
• Deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account only. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, 2888bdt reserves the right to hold deposits and conduct an investigation.

Withdrawal Terms & Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals are usually processed within 24 hours. If verification is required, it may take up to 72 hours.
• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 4 for details).
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same account from which the deposit was made.

2888bdt offers its members a range of bonuses and promotional deals. These benefits come with specific terms and conditions that all members are required to follow.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirement, typically ranging from 5x to 20x the bonus amount.
• Each member may claim a bonus offer only once, unless otherwise stated.
• When playing with bonus funds, restrictions may apply to certain games or categories.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, your account may be suspended and all rewards forfeited.
• The welcome bonus for new members applies to the first deposit only.

General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled unless a specific cash-out option is available.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error or system issue, the deposit will be refunded.
• If a match or event is cancelled, bets will be refunded or settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Odds may change during live betting — the odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• 2888bdt reserves the right to investigate and take action if any suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.

Lottery Rules

• Purchasing a lottery ticket constitutes acceptance of the draw results.
• All lottery draws are conducted using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, verified by an independent third party.
• Prizes must be claimed within 90 days of winning. Any unclaimed prize after this period will be forfeited.

2888bdt is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited.

• Opening multiple accounts or using a third-party account.
• Bonus fraud or abuse – claiming multiple bonuses using fake identities.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Collusion – attempting to defraud the platform by coordinating with other players.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or exploit any vulnerabilities.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards other players or staff.

2888bdt believes that healthy entertainment and responsible gaming go hand in hand. The well-being of our players always comes first.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your own account.
• A cooling-off option is available, allowing you to take a break from the platform for a set period.
• Long-term voluntary Self-exclusion is available — contact support to get started.
• If signs of gaming addiction are detected, 2888bdt will advise you to seek professional help.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for keeping minors away from the platform. Please make use of parental control tools.

You may close your 2888bdt account at any time. The platform may also close an account under certain circumstances.

If you close your account yourself

• Submit a written request to our support team.
• Please ensure all pending withdrawals are completed before closing your account.
• Any unused bonus funds will be forfeited.

2888bdt may close an account when

• Evidence of prohibited activity is found.
• If evidence of providing false identity or age information is found.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 3 years).
• In accordance with legal authority directives.

For any dispute or complaint, 2888bdt is committed to reaching a fair resolution. Please follow the process below to submit a complaint.

• Start by reaching out directly to our customer service team with a detailed description of your issue.
• We will provide an initial response to every complaint within 72 hours.
• For complex disputes, the investigation process may take up to 30 business days.
• If you disagree with a decision made by 2888bdt, you have the right to appeal to the relevant licensing authority.

Please know that we take every complaint seriously — no issue is too small. Resolving every problem is our responsibility.

2888bdt reserves the right to update these terms and conditions from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you through the following methods.

• Notifications will be posted on the platform at least 14 days in advance.
• A notification will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account before the changes take effect.
